Introducing Coach Christian Garner

The Francis Howell Central Spartan Hockey Club is excited to welcome Christian Garner as our Head Coach for the 2026-2027 season!

Christian brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the Spartans. During his playing career, he competed for the St. Louis AAA Blues, won a National Championship with Central States Chesterfield, and continued his hockey career playing Juniors with the Texas Tornado.

In addition to his playing background, Christian has developed a strong reputation as a coach. He has coached with Synergy Hockey, where he has focused on developing players' individual skills, hockey IQ, and confidence both on and off the ice. He also previously served as an assistant coach for the Francis Howell Central Spartans, giving him firsthand knowledge of our program and its traditions.

Christian's passion for player development, commitment to building a positive team culture, and dedication to helping athletes reach their full potential make him an outstanding coach. We are excited to have him leading our players and look forward to an exciting future for the Spartan Ice Hockey Club!
